During the initial review, our Producer will work with you to come up with the easiest shipping or drop-off method for you. They’ll also let you know what labels you may need to include.

Of course! After you approve the images, your products will be shipped back to you or held for local pickup at our studios.

We have clients with thousands of items each year and we have never lost one. During initial review our Producer will work with you to keep the items and shot list simple and organized regardless of volume.

Once both parties have signed off after the initial review, we’ll send you a secure link for credit card or payments using your bank info.

Our merch management team follows a quality control workflow. The moment they observe anything questionable, the process is halted and your producer will contact you with info. Shipments in both directions will always be tracked and insured.

A “SKU” is an acronym that stands for “Stock Keeping Unit”. It’s a unique code that brands assign to each each different variant of all of their products. So a beige women’s “Nantucket” sweater from the spring 2027 line could maybe have the following SKU: “BG103-W-SW-NANSP27” (where 103 just refers to the specific beige offered by that brand).  As a brand grows and adds more products, it quickly becomes important to use SKU’s with codes for seasons, colors, product types etc. All big brand use SKU’s, but each one uses their own code, which we call a “naming convention”.

“POP” just sounded fun 🙂
